The venue accommodates up to 125 seated guests (and up to around 150–200 for evening receptions), with flexible ceremony and reception options.

Couples can choose between marquees or tipis set close to the lakeside or gardens. With a civil ceremony licence, vows can be exchanged within the grounds overlooking the water.

Catering

Coverwood provides in-house catering, offering menu styles from formal seated dining to relaxed street food service using their own pasture‑reared meat and locally sourced ingredients. External caterers from an approved list are also welcome, ensuring flexibility in dining style.
