Based in Liskeard, the passionate team at Cooplet & Co, aim to deliver a completely bespoke and personal service, catering to all wedding sizes and budgets.

The husband and wife duo Matt and Linsay, work side by side to cater your day in style. This dynamic duo offers a combination of incredible flavours and taste with top of the range service.

Matt is a Michelin trained chef and Acorn Award winner who knows how to perfect every fine detail. Whereas Linsay is the brains behind organising the event and communicating with the bride and groom.

With over 30 years of combined experience, this teams' combined talents will surely impress your guests.

Having worked with prestigious hotels and restaurants, and ensuring the smooth running of their own restaurant The Hayloft, they know how to provide top quality service.

The Food

They offer extensive wedding menus, choose from a variety of canapés, afternoon tea, barbecue's, a hog roast, rustic sharing platters or a fine dining menu!


Pick from vegetarian, meat, fish or sweet canapés.

Some of these could be a sweet potato and Nigella bahji with raita, Cornish blue cheese arancini and tomato pesto, crispy belly pork with sweet chilli glaze, mini fish and chips, and strawberries dipped in chocolate sauce.

Wedding Breakfast Menu

Enjoy starters such as duck terrine on toast garnished with cress and orange chutney, or perhaps a red onion tart with Cornish blue cheese.

Have a sumptuous main course featuring seabass with tomato risotto, roast courgette and rocket pesto, or perhaps a braised blade of Cornish beef with onion and peppercorn cream. Vegetarian mains also include a leek and chickpea cassoulet with mushroom arancini and Cornish blue cheese gratin.

Then, to fully indulge, you can have a dessert or rich chocolate torte with toasted hazelnuts, a delightful sticky toffee pudding or perhaps a zesty lemon posset.

Afternoon Tea and Evening Food

If you desire a vintage afternoon tea to accompany your wedding theme, then Cooplet and Co offer savoury meat, fish and vegetarian sandwiches. These range from continental chorizo and mozzarella, to signature flavours of smoked salmon and cream cheese, and delicious brie and cranberry.

Plus, this is followed by delicious clotted cream, strawberries, scones, and your choice of cake.
