About

Colston Hall is a unique venue with a choice of rooms and spaces. Owned by the charity Gerrards Cross Community Association, the building is used as a community centre during the week and plays host to all kinds of events.

• Misbourne Room: Ground floor, garden-facing, up to 16 guests
• Royal British Legion Room: Up to 30 guests
• Garden Room: Up to 80 guests for ceremonies and receptions
• Colston Hall: Up to 200 guests for ceremonies or receptions

Banquet & Reception Spaces

• Garden Room: Wooden flooring, ideal for mid-size weddings (up to 80 guests)
• Colston Hall: Main hall with stage, lighting, seats up to 150 for meals and 200 for receptions

Outdoor & Marquee Use

• Garden Grounds: Picturesque outdoor space ideal for ceremonies or marquee receptions
• Marquee Capacity: Up to 200 guests with trusted marquee suppliers

Bronze Package – from £1,995

• Dedicated Team: Assistance from planning stage to managing your special day
• Flower Arrangement: One for the ceremony table or top table
• Staff: Two event staff on site
• Venue Hire: Colston Hall for all-day use, including ceremony if desired, tables, chairs, hire of stage, sound system, lighting, bar area, and gardens
• Kitchen: Large commercial kitchen available for professional caterers with approved licences/certificates
• Fully Licensed Bar: Available for your guests
• Corkage Option: Supply your own champagne and wine for the Wedding Breakfast
• Capacity: Up to 100 guests included, £9 per additional guest
• Parking: Free car parking

Silver Package – from £2,600

Includes all items from the Bronze Package plus:

• Venue Hire Extension: Includes Colston Hall and the Garden Room, Garden Room speaker, and small prep kitchen
• Licensed Ceremony Capacity: 80 guests in the Garden Room, 140 in Colston Hall

Gold Package – from £3,750

Includes all items from the Silver Package plus:

• Décor: Ceiling draped with fairy lights, chair covers with coloured sash of choice, and table linen
• Cake Knife and Slice
• Reception Drinks: A glass of prosecco per person for reception drinks or toast
• Bridal Room: Dedicated lockable Bridal Room for use throughout the day and until midday the following day

Additional Wedding Package Information

• General: Capacity up to 100 guests included in all packages (£9 per additional guest)
• Exclusive Use: From 9am until midnight
• Parking: Free car parking for all guests

Please also note that the packages are fully flexible — couples can mix and match elements or work with the team to create a completely bespoke wedding experience.

Catering

Colston Hall do not have their own in-house caterers and welcome you to bring your own, giving you complete flexibility on your day. Use of the kitchen and bar are included in the costs. Should you struggle to source a supplier, the staff will be more than happy to help source a caterer for you.
