Joe and Jack of Clark and Blackwell Catering began as friends at school and continued this friendship into catering college. Over the next ten years subsequent, they both worked in some of the top restaurants across London, perfecting their skills in the industry.
After spending a considerable time in top kitchens, they decided they wanted to bring the high-quality restaurant food to outside catering. In 2015, Clark and Blackwell was launched and has been catering for major events ever since.
