About
City Wall Tower is a Grade II listed monument, originally part of Canterbury’s medieval defences, built in the late 14th century, with foundations dating back to 1140. Once known as Zoar Chapel, it has been beautifully restored and licensed for civil wedding ceremonies. The venue suits couples seeking a setting rich in history, character, and charm. City Wall Tower hosts the ceremony itself, while receptions are held at nearby venues in Canterbury.
