About

Photographing his first wedding shots at the relatively tender age of eleven, Christian Michael has been capturing many couples' special days for over ten years. Born and bred near the Cornish coast, Christian is fortunate enough to be surrounded by some of the UK's most idyllic countryside, meaning he's rarely bereft of inspiration for his many wedding shoots. Expanding his working territory to include Devon, Dorset and Somerset, his ambition to keep producing his fresh and contemporary photographs is continually being realised and fulfilled.

Combining reportage and photojournalism with his fun and modern attitude towards photography, Christian's signature style has become recognised and admired within the world of weddings. Presenting myriad fortunate couples with an artistic collection of souvenir images, his years of experience and passion for imaginative photography makes him a distinctive front-runner for many prospective brides and grooms.

Packages and Albums

Strongly of the conviction that no two weddings are ever the same, Christian Michael prefers to create bespoke packages specifically for each individual bride and groom, in order to guarantee all of their needs and wishes are met on the day. Each package will be constructed around the lucky couple's thoughts, ideas, budget and location, ensuring Christian's services are (within reason) available to every potential client.

Each and every wedding package, however basic or relatively inexpensive, includes a DVD of at least 250 full-quality images for you to reproduce and share as you wish. It is in large part this flexible and generous approach towards copyright which makes Christian Michael such a unique wedding photographer.

    I honestly couldn't imagine having a better photographer. Despite the heavy rain all day he kept everybody upbeat and captured every bit of fun and laughter throughout the day. When we saw the pictures we couldn't have been happier! We didn't want lots of posed pictures but then worried that the rest of the pictures would be too 'messy' but we had nothing to worry about, he took so many shots of the posed pictures in a short amount of time that many of them are incredibly natural looking...and as for the pictures we didn't know he was taking, they are just amazing.
