Cheltenham Yurt Hire have a range of yurts from long to 'Pavilion', as well as smaller examples which could ideally be used as a bar and/or catering, as well as bell tents for accommodation. Prices include set-up and de-rigging, ground sheets, doors and lighting, and are usually for a 3-day rental, but you can rent for a full week if necessary. The Cheltenham Yurt Hire team will pitch the yurts a day or two in advance, so there is no need to worry.
Whilst seating up to 160 guests (200 standing), The Long Yurt generates an intimate-feeling ambience. It features a stunning and authentic Kyrgyz band on its exterior and is great for a festival, garden, mystical or magical look and atmosphere.
Cheltenham Yurt Hire have a choice of two circular Pavilion yurts available. These tents offer the added benefit of double cupola-style roofs, making them light, airy and open.
They also have small yurts that are ideal as food, bar or dance tents. Alternatively, the smaller yurts make a great den for the kids where you could provide entertainment. They are sturdy structures creating a naturally calming space, and are ideal for outdoor use as their aerodynamic shape means they can cope in all weathers, including gales.
Cheltenham Yurt Hire can also supply a range of accessories to accompany the yurts. They have everything from wood-burning stoves, trestle tables and deck chairs to double beds, mattresses and sleeping bags. They can also provide off-grid generators so that you have a power unit for areas where a mains electricity supply is unavailable.
Cheltenham Yurt Hire can supply sufficient small yurts to accommodate a total of up to 50 guests overnight. They can also provide you with furnishings, offering the choice to hire real beds, luxurious bedding and soft furnishings for a comfortable way to sleep after a busy day of celebrations.
