About
Andreas founded Cake Indulgence in 2006, after a decade's experience working as a pâtissier and confectioner. He has travelled all over the world to develop his culinary skills, including studying in Germany, and has worked in a number of Michelin start restaurants.
Today, he turns his passion for chocolate into a series of courses and master classes at the Cake Indulgence kitchen in Farnborough. Andreas loves to share his knowledge and expertise, so that others may discover their own enthusiasm for patisserie, chocolate modelling and cake decoration.
