Capacities are 80 day guests, 120 evening guests and 50 residents.
With no minimum numbers, your celebration can be as intimate or as elaborate as you wish, from a quiet gathering with your closest loved ones to the signature three-day wedding experience that lets you extend the celebrations.
Facilities
While retaining the warmth and comfort of a home away from home, the country house is also a highly practical and versatile wedding venue. A choice of flexible indoor and outdoor spaces allows you to decide on the day where to host your ceremony and reception.
Alongside the licensed bar and elegant lounges, Caer Llan offers 16 guest bedrooms for you and your guests to enjoy. The venue is fully accessible, with level parking to all main function areas and patios, a dedicated accessible washroom, and seven ground-floor bedrooms, including one specially adapted for wheelchair users. Caer Llan is also proudly dog-friendly, welcoming your four-legged companions to be part of the day.
Ceremonies
Caer Llan is licensed for both indoor and outdoor marriage ceremonies, offering flexibility throughout the year. The wedding gazebo provides a stunning setting for outdoor ceremonies, with far-reaching views across the surrounding countryside and the distant Welsh mountains.
The indoor ceremony space is equally beautiful, offering the same breathtaking views as a backdrop for your vows.
Reception Spaces
During the summer months from May to September, the spacious stretch tent extends the celebration outdoors. It provides a relaxed yet elegant setting for outdoor receptions and al fresco dining, a popular choice throughout the season.
The indoor spaces offer another alternative, giving you the flexibility to tailor the spaces to your day.
Evening Celebrations
Should you choose to have a band or disco, evening entertainment takes place in the main function room of the house. The celebrations begin with the cutting of the cake and your first dance, before the party flows effortlessly throughout the venue. Guests are free to move between the dance floor, elegant lounges and bar, as well as the outdoor terraces, verandas and stretch tent, offering additional space to relax, enjoy evening food and soak up the atmosphere as the celebrations continue into the night.
