Facilities and Capacities

The venue features multiple spaces for ceremonies and receptions. The main Barn, with a large oak floor, seats up to 140 guests on trestle tables or 110 on round tables. For smaller gatherings or overflow, the Milking Barn provides additional space. Couples may select from four ceremony locations, including a barn garden pagoda and the Studio Barn for indoor or wet-weather ceremonies. Grounds include gardens, a courtyard, lawns, fire pits, and a large parking field, with limited camping available. The venue provides WC facilities, wood burners, and outdoor seating to ensure guest comfort.

Catering

Ashley Wood Farm operates as a dry-hire venue, giving couples the flexibility to choose their own catering. A fully equipped kitchen supports external caterers, while couples can provide their own bar service with no corkage fees. The venue accommodates outdoor dining, barbecues, and both formal and informal catering styles, allowing each wedding to reflect the couple’s vision and preferences.

Accommodation

On-site accommodation includes a two-bedroom lodge overlooking the lake. Limited camping is also permitted, creating a relaxed, festival-style atmosphere for additional guests if desired.
