Based in London, Amanda Roberts is highly qualified in hairdressing and cosmetic make-up and graduated from the respected Delamar Academy. Amanda has worked for many years in theatre, working with various well-known productions, as well as the National Theatre and Royal Shakespeare Company. Having stood in the role of bride-to-be herself, Amanda established her own bridal service and remains keen to replicate the immersive pampering experience for others.
Keen to provide a calming environment, before sharing your nuptials, Amanda's indulgent services will help to boost your confidence on your wedding day, allowing you to feel the centre of attention before your guests and groom.
Helping to hide any blemishes, Amanda will help to give your complexion a healthy glow.
You needn't worry hair falling during those all-important wedding photos either, having rigorously styled the hair of many blushing brides before.
To help ensure you're wedding day styling runs as smooth as possible, Amanda offers a trial makeover session to help you nail your ideal hair and make-up. This requires a £50 deposit, which will be taken off your overall charge and also confirms you're session on the wedding morning. Taking the time for a pre-wedding trial will allow you to feel rest assured on your big day that you are getting the unique style that suits you and your dress!
Despite being more than qualified, Amanda continues to attend refresher workshops and masterclasses on beauty, to ensure she keeps up-to-date with the latest trends and on top of her competitors.
Amanda also offers one-to-one make-up tutorials, providing a great opportunity for you to learn how best to apply your own beauty products at home. Discover which colours suit your complexion best, as well as simple techniques on how to hide those spots and blemishes. You will discuss your current skincare routine and mention what you might feel you would like help with.
Amanda asks that you bring your own beauty brushes or make-up tools, so that you can talk through how best to use them. Services are offered three days a week at 10am and include an in-home-service.
