Woodlands Lodge is a licensed New Forest wedding venue for both civil ceremonies and civil partnerships. Offering a choice of three unique rooms for your ceremony: Woodlands room licenced for up to 55, Garden room licenced for up to 75 and Wedgwood room licenced for up to 75 guests.

They can accommodate up to 75 guests for a reception by combining the Wedgwood and Garden rooms. They can also offer exclusive hire of the entire hotel on an overnight and weekend basis so you and your guests will have the entire run of Woodlands Lodge for your big day.

Packages

Especially Yours

Available 7 days a week – the Especially Yours wedding package is based on 25 guests (includes bridal couple) and includes a 3-course sit down meal with waiter service but excludes an evening reception.

Romantic Weekend

Available Friday to Sunday – the Romantic weekend wedding package includes exclusive use of the hotel for the whole weekend of your wedding celebrations. From Friday 2p.m until Sunday 11a.m. This weekend package is based on 34 guests (includes bridal couple) and includes 2 nights accommodation B&B, a 3-course wedding breakfast and evening buffet on the Saturday night of your wedding. Additional guests can be added to the package.
