Wolterton Hall is an enchanting venue for weddings, offering a picturesque outdoor setting that accommodates up to 200 guests in a marquee on the estate's grounds.

For those seeking a cosier atmosphere, the Saloon provides an elegant indoor dining experience for up to 70 guests, making it ideal for intimate celebrations.

The Main Hall boasts a stunning collection of eight grand double-height state rooms, featuring exquisite details such as deep corniced ceilings, classical door cases, and impressive fireplaces. Large sash windows and elegant chandeliers enhance the grandeur of these spaces, creating a captivating backdrop for any event.

Guests can enjoy drinks in the Marble Hall before moving to the Saloon for a sit-down reception. The Saloon's full-height windows open to a breathtaking 100-foot balcony, offering stunning views of the lake and access to the South lawns and Arcade. Additional relaxation spaces include the Portrait Room, Venetian Room, and Boudoir, while the State Dining Room is perfect for smaller gatherings.

Hiring Wolterton Hall

There are two ways in which to hire Wolterton Hall;

1. Exclusive use wedding venue – the hall, holiday cottages and estate

Wolterton Hall and its 11 bedrooms and six holiday cottages sleeping up to 64 guests can be exclusively yours for the duration of your wedding.

This includes the Main Hall:

Eight double height State Rooms
Two luxury kitchens
11 bedrooms

Five holiday properties:

The connecting East Wing (7 bedrooms)
The Stewards House (3 bedrooms)
The Garden House (3 bedrooms)
The Gate House (3 bedrooms)
The Treasury (1 bedroom)
The grounds

Guests also have exclusive use of the 500-acre park and can enjoy wild swimming or canoeing in the beautiful 10-acre lake and explore one of East Anglia’s largest walled gardens.

2. Wolterton Hall and three holiday properties

Alternatively, you can choose to hire Wolterton Hall and The East Wing, The Stewards House and the Treasury, sleeping up to 44 as follows:
