The Old Kent Barn is a family-run venue with a whole lot of passion and a lot of love to give you on your wedding day. Originally a three-bedroom B&B, Claire and Will Weedon have transformed the space into an unmatchable wedding venue. They are always striving to give the best service, facilities and wedding day.

Facilities

Outdoor Gazebo Ceremonies

There is something enchanting about the Old Kent Barn's Gazebo, perhaps because it is handmade, one of a kind like your wedding day. With your guests sat on a paved area, a wonderful glass pergola above them, you can glide down the aisle surrounded by wisteria and roses. With a professional sound system, your vows won't go unheard. And of course, the Barn will be in the backdrop, reminding you of all the fun to come.

Gardens

Throughout the day you can roam their beautiful gardens, admiring the red roses, sweeping curved hedges or striking a loving pose in front of the water garden. A stunning backdrop for photographs!

Dressing Rooms

Open from 7:30 am on the morning of your wedding, you don't have to worry about not looking your best on your wedding day. With an en-suite with a shower, cosy dressing gowns and towels, TV, sound system, air conditioning, fridge for nervous nibbles, and an abundance of mirrors and makeup chairs. And of course their wonderful staff who will make sure you have everything you could need, and will give you any last minute tips from their experience.

Catering

No matter the dish you choose, your wedding day will be filled with only the finest and highest quality foods. The Old Kent Barn is conveniently located in the beautiful Garden of England which means it's no trouble for them to select the best seasonal and local produce just for your wedding day.
