  I had an amazing experience when choosing and buying my wedding dress. It was the first dress I tried on and I knew it was the one. I tried on others but nothing compared, and I had the most amazing veil. My husband said it's exactly what he imagined me in! We got married in August 2017, and I still look at it all the time. The staff looked after me so well and I always felt so comfortable in the shop. I was never worried to ring or ask a question. I cannot fault TDR and their warm and friendly staff - it's obvious they truly care about their customers. When it comes to planning your big day, this means so much. Thank you.

  Fantastic experience buying my wedding dress from here. From my first visit with Julie who helped me find the perfect dress through to the alterations, accessories and getting the dress ready for my big day I couldn't fault them. Would highly recommend.

  TDR made the whole process of trying, buying and altering my wedding dress a fun and lovely experience, including looking after my Mom and mother-in-law with teas and coffees! I didn't end up with the dress style expected, but what I did end up with was beyond what I'd hoped for and was absolutely perfect! The team there are all amazing and I would fully recommend trying their store for your wedding dress!

  This is by far the best wedding shop, hands down! I am from (and live in) London, and visited this shop on a whim one weekend when visiting my husband's family in the Midlands. I was blown away by the friendliness of the Team at TDR and how amazing the selection of dresses were. Turned out that I actually did not find my dress at TDR but found it a few weeks later in a London boutique, however I was so impressed with the personal service and warmth at TDR that I called them up and asked if they could order the dress for me as I would like to go on my bridal journey with them. They were only too happy to oblige. The fact that I went back and forth to TDR from London, in what was already a super busy time for me work and wedding planning-wise, is testament to how amazing the team are here. I would like to give a special mention to Sarah who looked after me on my journey. She was a total super star and everyone needs a Sarah in their lives! Della was also lovely and stepped in to help me when Sarah was on leave or unwell and a big thank you to Lisa your seamstress who helped my dress fit like a glove! Thank you Team TDR xx

  The most professional and loving ladies you will ever meet in a wedding dress shop. Their collection of dresses is insane so you will definitely find your dream dress here! The whole experience was amazing, I couldn't recommend them enough!

  I can't thank The Dressing Rooms enough for not only the wonderful service I received when choosing my dress but also the support and help. The staff make you feel that nothing is too much trouble, and the closed Facebook group you get access to once you've bought a dress was amazing talking to other brides going through the same experience. I would not hesitate in recommending the dressing rooms to anyone.

  By far the best... I'm completely overwhelmed by how much the team here supported and helped me with my wedding. I honestly have to say it's been the best experience from start to finish. My dress was simply beautiful and elegant and I can't believe how many comments I have received about it. I had all my bridesmaids' dresses with them, my little boy's suit and my daughter's dress, and the service I received for all of them was out of this world. I had some ups and downs along the way (the whole wedding being re-planned in three weeks after the collapse of Thomas Cook) and they did everything they could to help me still get married. They went above and beyond for me and I'm truly thankful to each and everyone of them for making me feel so special x x x 100% recommend to every bride to be ... perfect.

  On Sunday 3rd June, I had the pleasure of taking my beautiful bridesmaids and Mother of the Bride to TDR Bridal Halesowen. It was like walking into every girl's dream wedding dress shop. The smile on my face from start to end said it all. Everything about this place was just breathtaking, the dresses, the shoes, the jewellery. The girls who work there are so lovely and welcoming. To top it off the lady who took me through my dresses Julie, actually picked my winning dress. It's right when they say "you know when it's the one". I couldn't be happier and I'm even more excited now and can't wait till our big day!! Thank you so much to everyone at TDR Bridal. xxx

  I went to four dress shops in total and The Dressing Rooms is by far the best! The customer service is impeccable. Rebecca and the team really know how to look after you, Julie was amazing, she knew exactly what I was looking for and I even chose the dress that she picked out for me... she was fab!

  Well, where do I start! My wedding dress search started and ended at TDR and I could not be more over the moon! I came with an open mind completely confused as to what style or design of dress I wanted but was straight away made to feel okay that I was so indecisive! After reading horror stories about how bridal shop put so much pressure to up sell on dresses I was apprehensive but was completely put at ease as soon as I walked through the doors. Julie is truly an amazing lady who is brilliant at what she does. She knew straight away what style was best suited for me and pulled my dress as the third one I tried. It's safe to say there was not a dry eye in the room and I was completely sold that no other dress came close. She made the whole experience all I had hoped it would be and more! I cannot thank all the girls at TDR enough and will most definitely be recommending them to other future brides!

  Amazing dresses, amazing staff, amazing shop. It is clear why they win so many awards. Sarah and Della, thank you so much for finding me a dress that I had no idea I would love as much as I did. Skimmed right passed it hanging up but Della really took the time to listen to my opinions, took in my likes and dislikes and found me a beautiful dress, which I thought was "the one", she then said she'd find me one better, I disagreed and said it couldn't be topped, but no... she topped it and this time it was actually "the one"! Don't argue with these ladies, they know their stuff! Would I ever have had my wedding dress from anywhere else?
