The Waltham Barns at Little Channels presents a beautiful space where you can exchange your vows and then host a reception late into the night. The Waltham Barns is set within Pratt's Farm in Little Waltham, next to the Grade II-listed original farmhouse building, near the Chelmer Valley Park and Ride. The farmhouse has its origins in the 1500s, demonstrating that this farm has its roots firmly in the history of the local area. The suite itself is found in the centre of the farm, and surrounds a sheltered courtyard.
The Waltham Barn is a restored mid-19th century working farm, and perfect for smaller, relaxed intimate weddings. The wedding team are dedicated and passionate to ensure your day is perfect, ensuring attention to detail at every stage.
At the centre of the farm, this timber-beamed space boasts centuries of charm with modern amenities. The Grade II-listed room is licensed to host ceremonies for up to 70 guests, and can accommodate 90 guests for a formal meal or 150 for an informal buffet.

The venue offers an all-inclusive package price so you need not worry about a thing on the day. The packages include venue hire, ceremony hire, reception drink, wedding breakfast, wine for during the meal, a glass of fizz for the toast and a five item evening buffet. As well as taking care of all catering needs, the venue will also include chair decor and a DJ to get the party started in the evening.
A whole range of extras are also included in the package price: tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, glasses, crockery, cake stand and knife, easel, and a whole team of dedicated wedding coordinators to help with any questions and queries throughout the planning process.
