We’re delighted that we held our wedding at Exceptional at The Lake. The setting is beautiful and we truly had THE BEST day. The tipis looked glorious, filled with pretty lights and gorgeous table arrangements. The staff were attentive and accommodating. The food was a real highlight and our guests told us that it’s some of the best food they have ever eaten! In the build-up to our special day, Helen and Kezi were outstanding. They worked tirelessly to ensure that our wedding was truly bespoke, which really showed on the day as every single detail was exactly as we wanted. Our guests could see how the day was matched closely to us and also said it was one of the best events they have ever attended (and many of our friends are event organisers themselves!) We knew that planning a wedding would be a huge task and we had the added challenge given that we live in Singapore, so time differences came into play! However, the communication from Helen and Kezi and their flexibility meant that the process was as stress free as possible. Another element of the day was the floristry, which was of the highest quality and the flower arrangements were stunning. A huge thank you to Helen, Kezi and the Exceptional team. We will definitely recommend you to friends and family and use you again should we host events in the future.
Thank you for giving Tim and I nothing short of the best day of our lives. From start to finish, everything was just perfect. When I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and open arms. And then to see what you had put together, the care and attention to detail, every single thing I had in my vision was taken into account and every personal touch executed. It was so whimsical, so earthy, so us and you made everything beyond our wildest dreams. Even the tiny details made such a difference, making our wedding standout from the blur of conveyor belt weddings we have experienced. Several people have commented that this wedding was "the best they have ever been to". Everyone has said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding and the thing we are most proud of, is that everyone has said they were so full to the brim. The presentation of the food was so beautifully presented, so dynamic and delicious. The biggest compliment we have received from all of our family and friends was that the day was so perfectly us. Every detail was considered and so much authentic personality added, it truly will forever stand out for the rest of our lives! Thank you for all the things that you did for us. Just know it was absolutely perfect, visually, practically and atmospherically. I am genuinely sad we will not have much reason to chat anymore. We will miss sitting down at the end of a day to respond to your emails and then excitedly sit down to read your replies. It has been a pleasure working with you and getting to know you both. Lastly, thank you for starting Tim and I off in our journey of married life with so much enthusiasm, excitement and positivity. We will never be over this and I want to forever get butterflies when I think about how it made us feel, and how other people remember us for it.
