Professional chefs, Nick Paffett and Mike Clarke, will lead the kitchen team on your big day. They offer stylish yet wholesome food using seasonal, local produce where possible. Menus can be discussed and designed to suit your desires. The chefs can create anything from traditional, formal dining courses to informal, sharing feasts.
You also have the option of tasting the food, meeting the chefs and sampling their in-house wines during the planning stages so that you can be happy with the service and products.
With regards to children, the chefs can create smaller versions of the adult mains for half the price, design a separate menu for the children or create a basket of goodies for the little ones to graze on.
An example of a two course menu would be a main of rare roast sirloin of beef with a salad, new potatoes or a selection of handmade breads followed by a dessert of summer berry roulade with cream.
An example of a two course menu would be Roast Rump of beef with a sticky Feather blade, braised celery, Boulangere potatoes and Chantenay carrots followed by Lemon tart with clotted cream and raspberry compote.
They also have the option of feasts where you select three or four mains and three or four chef's salads that will be shared on a table with vegetarian options available. Alternatively, you can select the Indian Room Menu, Thai Menu, Hearty mash and pie, the Moroccan feast or a barbeque. Basically anything is possible.
Furthermore, they can also provide late night ‘booze food’ such as butties, kebabs or fish and chips to keep your guests fuelled for all their late night dancing.
