Allowing their clients to let their imaginations soar far beyond the boundaries of the typical hotel function suites and white, boxy marquees, Katah Events’ unique giant tipi tents were designed to make a statement, as well as to provide a fun and versatile atmosphere within which to celebrate your wedding.

Giant Tipi Marquees

Katah’s unique and impressive giant tipi marquees are constructed based on an interlocking framework, allowing for an array of different layouts using anywhere from one to six individual tipi structures. The structures look impressive in daylight, and give off a party atmosphere at night when lit up from inside.

The various layouts allow for different configurations of banqueting seating, lounge seating, and dance space, and the tipis can also be kitted out with crisp white linings in order to give them a more formal atmosphere.

These tipis aren’t just confined to the warmer months, either. Specially fitted oak doors can be added to the entrances of the tents in order to keep the cold air out, whilst heaters can be provided to make sure your guests stay warm and cosy.

Event Management

For couples looking to have some of the stress of planning a wedding taken off their shoulders, the Health and Safety certified production team at Katah Events offer their comprehensive event planning and management services, helping with every aspect of your day.

From conducting an on-site survey at your chosen location, to working with special contractors for staffing and security, they’ll see to it that your day goes flawlessly, so all you have to do is enjoy yourselves!

Interior Design

Designing the interiors of each of their spaces so that they feel cosy yet special, Katah has employed the services of skilled designers to create furniture that perfectly complements their tipi marquees. They can kit your tipi out in any or all of the following:

Audio and Dance Equipment Hire

Far from just the standard PA systems, Katah offers hire of powerful Basys V2 sound systems, which provide incredible sound worthy of the incredible surroundings of Katah’s giant tipis. They can also set up DJ-only sound system configurations, or a set-up able to accommodate a full band and can also provide qualified sound engineers for live bands.

Stages and dancefloors are also available for hire, completing your set-up so that it’s party-ready without you having to worry about lifting a finger.

Event Utilities

Helping you keep your peace of mind, Katah can handle the provision of the more complicated equipment you’ll need for your marquee wedding. They can provide and assemble lighting, power generators, and even luxury toilet facilities.
