There are four different ceremony and reception rooms to pick and choose from, and should you be planning a particularly large celebration, Hotel du Vin offers all couples the chance the book out the entire hotel, including 40 deluxe ensuite bedrooms. The grand, elegant venue offers a flexible selection of wedding and menu packages, and each couple will receive assistance from a dedicated wedding coordinator who will help them plan and realise their perfect day.

Hotel du Vin offers marrying couples the choice of four grand rooms, each suitable either for ceremonies or for receptions:

The Ruinart And Terrace - The largest of the four, The Ruinart is a light and spacious room exuding plenty of character and style.  Featuring an elegant high-voluted ceiling and scenic rustic arches, it is ideal for wedding parties of up to 72.

Le Pin - This exquisite gold-decorated room can accommodate from 15 to 48 guests, largely depending on the exact layout required.

Lanson - The smallest of all the function rooms, Lanson is decorated with beautifully depicted cherubs ranging across the ceiling, and perfect for intimate dinners for 12.

Library And Janneau Bar - These two rooms are licensed to host civil marriage and partnership ceremonies with 12 to 100 guests, or they could otherwise be used as a sophisticated location to sip champagne and celebrate immediately afterwards!

During the summer months, couples are welcome to make use of the secluded and pretty courtyard to hold their drinks and canapés reception, and then pose for those all-important wedding photos!
