Packages

The Holiday Inn caters for all budgets, and thus offers three packages:- Confetti & Champagne, Wedding Bells & Diamonds and Dreams & Delights. Each of these is based on 50 all-day guests and an extra 30 evening guests, and contains all the expected components for a lovely wedding celebration. The two costlier packages include extras such as a more complex drinks package, upgraded accommodation for the bride and groom, and even a complimentary night's stay at the hotel on the newlyweds' first anniversary. However, for those requiring a smaller celebration, bespoke packages are often constructed. These individually price each guest and component. The hotel method of doing this ensures that every couple will receive the very best value for money depending on their individual needs.

Catering And Accommodation

The experienced caterers typically provide two or three-course wedding breakfast options. These are chosen by the bride and groom after their complimentary tasting at the hotel. As a child-friendly venue, a full children's menu is also provided. The chef team can also supply a delectable range of evening buffet and canapé selections, and even offer a midnight snack for guests still standing! During the summer months, there is an additional opportunity to enjoy a barbecue in the hotel's lovely grounds.

    When planning your wedding day there is so much to consider but the venue is vital. Not just the location, the cost or the capacity but the rapport you build with the staff who will be organising and running your special day. When parting with a lot of money this rapport and trust needs to be of the highest standard. We had visited many other venues and did not experience the same welcome, information and general professionalism as we did when we met Sarah Varley, the Conference and Events Co-coordinator. She showed us around the hotel, the Hampton Suite, The Windsor Room and the bridal suite which were all part of the package we were interested in. We asked to see a standard room where our guests will be staying and she was more than happy to do this. She answered the many questions we had and her level of professionalism made us feel very comfortable. Once we made our provisional booking the correspondence with Sarah was excellent; she sent regular emails confirming different aspects of the day, always met with us regularly to discuss the next steps and was at the end of an email or the telephone whenever we had questions or requests (right up to the last minute!). Her dedication and organisation made us feel at ease and enjoy the process of planning our wedding.

    Had our wedding with holiday inn Shepperton on Saturday 2nd July 2016. The staff were brilliant and went above and beyond to help make our day special and also helped out with a few wedding hiccups that we encountered not due to the hotel but with our wedding cake and the grooms suit. The canapés and wedding breakfast were fantastic and the evening buffet was brilliant, a really good spread and enough food for everyone. The hotel catered for everyone's needs such as vegetarian, gluten free, nut allergy etc. A number of us stayed the night before the wedding and the rooms were all clean and the breakfasts were great with a wide variety of options to cater for everyone. The bridal suite we had on the wedding night was very spacious and nicely presented. We would recommend the hotel for just a general stay but also as a wedding venue.

    We got married at the Holiday Inn Shepperton on 13th February 2016 and it was amazing! The location is set away from the road, down a lovely lane among trees and a lake near the marina. The hotel is very spacious with ample parking and good decor. The rooms are very comfortable and we can recommend the suite. The wedding planner at the event Sarah was great in organising our big day and the package deals they provide took a lot of the stress out of planning our wedding. The staff had great communication in keeping us up to date on the planning and were happy to assist on any wedding advise we required. Tom was the man who was there on our big day and he went above and beyond to ensure it ran smoothly and was happy to assist with any requests or assistance we required...nothing was too much for Tom. All our guests commented on how great the location was and how well organised the wedding was and we have massive thanks to Sarah, Tom and all at the Holiday Inn Shepperton for this. Definitely recommended.
