Hatherley Manor

Discreet and private, set amid 37 acres of rolling Gloucestershire countryside you'll discover this historic hidden gem. A grandiose 17th-century brick-built manor house takes pride of place within beautiful grounds containing a walled garden, in turn enclosing a romantic, rustic-styled open-sided pavilion which is appropriately licensed, readily available for outdoor civil wedding ceremonies.

A range of suites and packages are offered to suit weddings with 10-400 guests, irrespective of budget. Elegant accommodation is available at a discounted rate, and combined with a number of special offers, Hatherley Manor is your perfect wedding venue.

A number of hospitality suites of different sizes are presented for ceremonies and receptions. Take a look at the choices below.

The Hatherley Suite

For larger ceremonies with up to 400 guests, this high-ceilinged suite exudes elegance. With its own bar, reception lounge, and access to the charming walled garden for drinks and canapés.

The Moat Suite

Slightly smaller, with a formal reception capacity of 150 people, this elegant room features exposed brickwork and French doors which open onto an attractive decking area in the walled garden.

The Mulberry Suite

Light and airy, this space is ideal for formal receptions with up to 150 guests. The neutral colour scheme serves to emphasise and reflect the generous natural daylight that floods in through large windows and the side-doors which lead out into the neat garden.

The Wedding Pavilion

Exclusively used to host civil weddings, this delightful pavilion is located in the utterly enchanting enclosure of Hatherley Manor's original walled garden, and is licensed for outdoor ceremonies.

Accommodation

In addition to the exemplary hospitality facilities outlined above, Hatherley Manor is proud to boast 51 luxury ensuite bedrooms inside the manor house – each one lovelier than the last. These are offered at discounted rates for wedding guests, and for those staying for two or more nights, a delicious complimentary three-course evening meal will be served in the Dewinton Restaurant.

Catering

Included in the standard package is a wedding breakfast option. However, an alternative or additional reception buffet can also be served, finger or fork, hog-roast or barbecue - whatever your choice, Hatherley Manor will be more than happy to oblige you.

I know how hard you and your staff must've worked and it really was appreciated, and it showed in the attention to detail on the day.
    From our point of view, it all ran like clockwork and I've heard nothing but complimentary words about the day itself. Even the weather was glorious for us!
    I know that we had initially planned to be married in the walled garden but the way you arranged everything to enable us to still be married outside, at the front of the hotel, was just perfect. It looked stunning.

    We had our wedding here on Sunday 6th August and it was everything we wanted and more! The hotel staff were absolutely amazing especially our toastmaster John who made our day run so smoothly, checked we were happy with everything and was overall fantastic! Also a massive thank you to Alanna who was brilliant throughout planning our special day even down to the smallest detail! The food was amazing and even with Hatherley Manor being a hotel and other guests staying there you would never have known due to the staff being incredible! Would highly recommend to anybody wanting their wedding here!
