Buggs Barn is a charming barn venue, perfect for small or large weddings & parties. The Barn and Walled Garden are yours exclusively for the duration of your wedding.

As well as the barn, there is a walled garden with firepits, for the wedding party to enjoy. If your guests need a little shade from the sun or shelter from the rain, there is a covered cartlodge attached to the walled garden.

Please note Buggs Barn does not have a ceremony licence, but you can host non-legal ceremonies outside or inside at Buggs Barn.

You will need to hire toilet facilities, furniture and a catering tent.

Parking is limited to 10 cars - they recommend restricting parking to suppliers only and utilising the proximity to Woodbridge for shuttle services.

Additional Information

You are free to bring your own caterer as long as they are professional and have Public Liability Insurance. Caterers can work from a catering tent that you or they must provide.
No corkage fee is charged, allowing you to stock your event yourself or hire a bar company of your choice.
For weekend bookings, you have exclusive access to the barn and gardens from 12pm Thursday to 10am Monday, while midweek bookings grant access from 12pm Monday to 10am Thursday for setup and clearing.
Music must end by 11.30pm, and all guests should depart by midnight.
Confetti is allowed, but it must be natural, dried, or fresh petals.
You are responsible for cleaning the barn and ensuring it is left in the same condition as when you arrived, with all items collected and rubbish removed by you or your caterers.
