The Cakes
To ensure that her cakes look and taste amazing, Nicola uses only the best ingredients, from free range eggs to coverture chocolate. She also specialises in Swiss and Italian Meringue buttercreams and mouth-watering dark, milk and white chocolate ganaches.
For your cake, you can choose between a rich fruit cake, or sponge in a variety of flavours, each layer consisting of 2-4 layers of sponge.
Cakes can be up to five tiers, with tiers being split up with layers of marzipan, buttercream, curd, or preserve. Lastly, it'll be topped with royal icing or fondant, and your choice from a whole range of decorations to suit the theme of your wedding.
If you're just looking for something more traditional, Blooming Lovely Cakes would be happy to provide you with a traditional wedding cake consisting of 3 plain, iced tiers, with a ribbon and flower decorations of your choice.
