Carnglaze Caverns, Cornwall
It’s time for another featured wedding venue post! Make sure to keep up with the latest news, special offers and inspiration on our Twitter page.
Today we’re writing about a very special alternative wedding venue found in the dark depths of Cornwall, Carnglaze Caverns. Located just outside St Neot, on the edge of Bodmin Moor, and surrounded by gorgeous woodlands and streams, this unique venue is centred around caves that are actually a former slate mine.
With its own underground lake, one of the longest aisles for ceremonies in Cornwall (at 80m long), and plenty of facilities for both ceremonies and receptions, it makes a truly unique cave wedding venue in Cornwall!
Here are some words from Carnglaze’s wedding coordinator Caroline Richards:-
“We offer couples the choice of four very different and unique venues in one beautiful and historic location, for wedding ceremonies of anything from just the couple themselves to 400 guests, but always with the option of some photographs by our stunning underground lake. It is such a privilege to be able to assist couples in tailoring their very special time here, including a Champagne reception or full reception if requested, to their own requirements and preferences.”
