Professional chefs, Nick Paffett and Mike Clarke, will lead the kitchen team on your big day. They offer stylish yet wholesome food using seasonal, local produce where possible. Menus can be discussed and designed to suit your desires. The chefs can create anything from traditional, formal dining courses to informal, shared platters.
You also have the option of tasting the food, meeting the chefs and sampling their in-house wines during the planning stages so that you can be happy with the service and products. They can also serve reception appetisers with hot or cold, vegetarian, meat or fish options.
With regards to children, the chefs can create smaller versions of the adult mains for half the price, design a separate menu for the children or create a basket of food.
Wedding Breakfast Buffets
An example of a two course menu would be a main of rare roast sirloin of beef with a salad, new potatoes or a selection of handmade breads followed by a dessert of summer berry roulade with cream.
They also have the option of feasts where you select three or four mains and three or four chef's salads that will be shared on a table with vegetarian options available. Alternatively you can select the Indian Room Menu, Oriental Menu, Hearty mash and pie, the Moroccan feast or a barbeque.
Furthermore, they can also provide late night such as butties, kebabs or fish and chips in case you fancy a late night snack.
